For agenciesCollect from buyers abroad
Buyers abroad stop being a paperwork problem.
The agency registers its contracts once. From then on, every payment arrives already matched to the right buyer, unit and instalment — whichever way the buyer sent it.
The agency’s side
Every payment already matched when you look.
The dashboard shows what’s due, what’s paid and the few things that need a person — across every buyer, country and currency.
- It matches itself. Payments carry a reference; when a rail doesn’t allow one, Finpass matches the deposit from the bank statement.
- Documented money. Every deposit has a buyer, a contract and a bank confirmation behind it.
- Runs on its own. Reminders, receipts and the monthly report go out without anyone chasing.
- Any currency the buyer has. Payments in another currency are converted at a declared rate, and the rate is stored with the receipt — the contract keeps its own currency.
- People handle the odd ones. A partial payment or a wrong amount is flagged for a person — never guessed.
| Buyer | Unit | Instalment | Amount | Status |

| Maria S. · NZ | 804 | 37 / 120 | R$2,450 | Paid · matched |
| João P. · US | 1202 | 12 / 60 | R$3,100 | Paid · matched |
| Ana L. · AU | 305 | 58 / 120 | R$1,980 | Code sent |
| Carlos M. · PT | 910 | 21 / 96 | R$2,760 | Amount differs |
Clean money, documented. Every deposit from abroad arrives with the buyer’s identity, the contract it pays and the bank’s confirmation of where it came from — the evidence banks and compliance teams ask for in cross-border payments. How Finpass handles AML →
Works with your system
Keep your system. Finpass plugs into it.
Finpass isn’t one more management system to learn. The software you already use stays the owner of the contract — buyer, unit, amounts, dates. Finpass takes care of the payment, and tells your system the moment it lands.
Contracts arrive on their own
Your system sends contracts and every buyer change — new phone, renegotiated instalment, new unit — through the API, in batches. Sending the same contract twice never duplicates it.
Money in motion doesn’t move
A sync never changes an instalment that is paid, partly paid or has a payment code issued. It flags it for a person instead — and terminations stay in the dashboard.
Payments record themselves
Signed notices tell your system when a payment is confirmed or partial, when an instalment is overdue, when money needs a look, and when a buyer stops reminders.
Or just a spreadsheet
Import your portfolio from a spreadsheet — re-importing updates what changed — and export receipts ready for Excel to record payments in your accounts.
For your technical team: a contract API, signed webhooks and a receipts export, documented end to end. Any system that can call an API or export a spreadsheet can connect today. Read the API documentation →
How you collect
Three ways to collect. Change any time.
Every mode ends the same way: a bank-confirmed payment, matched to the right instalment.
Issued by your bank
Finpass asks your bank for a code for each instalment. The bank confirms the payment the moment it lands.
e.g. Pix in BrazilYour own account details
No bank integration needed. Buyers see your account, IBAN or fixed QR with the contract reference; Finpass confirms from your statement.
e.g. bank transfer, IBAN, fixed QRThe buyer asks when ready
Reminders go out on schedule and the buyer replies “menu” to get the payment. A gentle way to start.
switch to automatic whenever you likeWhat runs on its own
The routine work, done without anyone chasing.
Reminders
D-5, D-1, D0 and D+3 by default — at your local time, in each buyer’s language.
Matching
Reference, bank API, signed notification or statement: the payment finds its instalment.
Receipts
Buyer, agency and broker get a receipt with a verification link as soon as the bank confirms.
Exceptions queue
A wrong amount, an unknown payer or another currency is flagged for a person — never guessed.
Statement import
Paste the statement from any bank; credits become payments to match. Importing it again never duplicates.
Reports
A monthly report, plus a weekly WhatsApp summary: received, overdue and conversations waiting for you.
For brokers
Brokers follow their clients without chasing anyone.
A broker linked to a contract sees its live status and gets a WhatsApp message when each payment lands.
- Their own clients only. Live status, nothing else.
- The moment it’s paid. A message when the bank confirms.
- Handed over, not left waiting. When a buyer asks for a person, the right person hears about it.
Getting started
Up and running without an IT project.
Most of the setup is your contracts. We do the rest with you.
- Together
Connect how you get paid
Link your bank’s API, or choose to confirm payments from your statements.
- You
Connect your system
Your system sends contracts and buyer changes through the API — or upload a spreadsheet.
- You
Set your schedule
Pick the reminder days, your time zone, the send hour and how buyers pay.
- Finpass
Invite your buyers
Each buyer gets a WhatsApp invitation that names your agency. From then on, payments match themselves.
How Finpass earns
The businesses that gain pay. The buyer never does.
A fee per payment received
A small fee on each instalment paid through Finpass, billed once a month. No subscription: if no payment comes in, there is nothing to pay.
Per verified report
Paid when a bank or landlord checks a passport the buyer chose to share.
Free
No fees to use the chat or keep the passport — and their data is never sold.
You pay only when your buyers pay. The fee is never taken out of the buyer’s payment — the money lands in full in your account, and the fee comes on one invoice a month, payment by payment. Talk to us for your rate — buyers never pay a cent.
FinpassGet started
Bring your buyers abroad into one chat.
Finpass is in production. Tell us about your contracts and we’ll show you how it runs with your bank.
- With your own contracts. The buyer’s chat, the dashboard and how your bank connects.
- In your language. English, Portuguese or Spanish.
- Buyers never pay. Agencies pay a fee only on payments received — no subscription.
